Calls and text messages (SMS) consent
By submitting your information through our forms, you agree that APEX and our contractor and call-center partners may call and text you at the phone number you provide about your project, including by means of an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and prerecorded or artificial voice messages.
Consent to receive these calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
Your choices and data rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted, and you may ask us to stop contacting you, subject to applicable law. Florida residents may have additional rights regarding their information. To make a request, contact us using the information on our site and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Who we are (and are not)
APEX is an independent matching service. We do not provide financing, perform construction work, or administer any PACE program. Financing options, including PACE, are offered and approved by third parties under their own terms, and the work is performed by independent licensed contractors. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
