Who's a good fit for the network

We keep the network small and qualified so homeowners trust the match — and so the contractors in it get a steady stream of well-scoped work. To be considered, you should be:

  • Properly licensed for the work you perform in Florida
  • Active general liability insurance (and workers' comp where required)
  • Experience with PACE-eligible work — energy, water, wind and resilience upgrades
  • Committed to honest scoping, fair pricing and clean communication with homeowners
